You MUST ask your surgeon that question! Give them a call in the morning they won't mind answering your question.
Ask your doctor to give you a perscription for Xanax. It's a great medication for anxiety and it will relax you and help you sleep as well. I'm sure your surgeon has given many of his patients perscriptions to help ease the anxiety. I took it before surgery, and took it when I knew my doctor was removing my drains after my recent LBL (I became very anxious going to his office for that procedure, because I had experienced it after my BL/BA and Bracioplasty 2 years ago). Don't suffer!!!!!!
Hi Cindy~
I am 39 days away from my surgery - TT, BA & arm lift. I went & saw my PCP & she gave me a rx for Xanax. I had had 2 sleepless nights - then trying to work FT just wasn't cutting it for me.
I have good days - when I am all happy & know all is going to be OK - then I'll have a bad day where I just over think it!!
I'm glad you got some rest.
My surgeon prescribed valium for the night before, I'm sure your doctor can do something for you!
