post lower body lift (7/11/07) and post op breast lift brachio 3/30/10 pictures - graphic
Just added my 10 days post op from my breast lift and brachioplastcy and my revision to mons and abdomen. They are graphic- it won't be til tuesday that it'll be without the steri strips. I think everything is healing very excellently - I recommend all the protein shakes I've been taking as they have been helping immensely! (Champion Pure Whey Choc Stack and IDS Vanilla Cinnamon are my two go-to shakes - can drink them multiple times a day - but really, with just 3oz liquid or so I'm trying to make it like my vits- just gotta do it, get 'er done).
I'm very pleased, personally, and I always thought it was encouraging to see this kinda stuff when I was on the journey to weight loss/ps. Believe me, there's just one more set of ps coming for me and that's going to be the hugely major thigh work... but not until next summer June 2011 if God is willing!

It is pretty common to go through a little emotional stuff after plastics. When you couple the trauma of surgery, the effects of the anesthesia on the brain and the let down when coming off the pain meds, it is easy to see how one might have a couple of somewhat moepy days. You will get back on top in short order. Just get plenty of rest, eat your protein, and get a little bit of fresh air and exercise as you can.
