lurker coming out... Israel, Brazil, Mexico???

So I have to admit, i've been lurking around here for a while but haven't said anything.

I'm looking to either go to Israel for plastics or Brazil... Brazil is like a third of the price but somehow it still scares me senseless...

I don't even know what I need (it's still early, only 6 months post RNY) but I'm thinking lower body lift, tummy tuck, arms and breast lift with implants...

Anyone have any advice or anything they wanna share? I'm from Canada so no insurance to cover any of this...

I went with Dr Sauceda in Mexico and I have no regrets!
I am returning in the fall for a full face lift with neck tightening and eyes, LBL, Anchor TT, full TL, BA/BL and arm revision.  And anything else he might think I could have done. I've lost a lot and there is no way I could find a surgeon as good as Dr S here in the states. He is a true artist!

I have a couple of friends who went to Brazil and have been very pleased with their results.

Ditto with Brazil I've heard of many being happy with results from there - also heard of folks happy with their Mexico experience ... never heard of any surgeons in Israel so can't speak to that.

If you're from Canada in BC, Dr.  Egrari in Bellevue, WA is absolutely lovely.
