plastic surgeon recommendations in RI or Boston area

Hi,
I'm new here and hoping for some recommendations for plastic surgeons near me in RI or MA, CT area. I hope to have a brachioplasty and am concerned about getting good scar placement, result etc... since the scars can be so visible. Also planning a breast lift (with implants??), and tummy tuck (extended or full body/butt lift), and maybe thigh lift down the road. I'm not sure what to do when and need a few consults with excellent surgeins : )  I am struggling right now as I was at my ideal weight for 4-5 years but had to have back surgery for scoliosis and that set me back for some time, and I have gained 30 pounds. I am unsure whether I need to weight to lose all that, or could proceed with something from here and still end up with the best results possible, even when I get the extra weight off again. Any advice and referrals appreciated. So many look so amazing on here, but I have not seen any surgeons mentioned who are near me as yet. I suppose I could travel but it would be easier not to have to. I have been researching for months and it seems hard to find anyone who is and arm lift specialist or who has done more than a few  year. Thank you all in advance.

If you are OK with going to Worcester, I would call Dr. John Castle - excellent surgeon. He will be doing my procedures the end of may!

Thanks Natalie. I will check out your pics. How did you decide on him if you don't mind my asking? I've had a couple of consults w/ docs in RI but have not yet felt totally comfortable with anyone. I have some time because I need to re-lose the 25 pounds I gained following back surgery, but I want to have everything set to go when I am ready (i.e. research and consults done and know who I'm going with for what procedures-- ideally the same person but who knows...)

I had Dr Christopher Davidson out of Wellesley MA (Tufts).  I did a LBL and Breast lift and am just so very happy with results.  Sorry no pictures..I could just not bring myself to do the before and afters!!   I was recommended to him by another board member here in NH.
