2nd Post Op - Update and added pics to the Album

So today was my second post-op appt at 3wks out! I went in and got ultrasounded again on that area of my belly that blood just likes to have parties and social gatherins in, and then Dr. Lo numbed me and sucked out a good deal of it. Right side still has a pancake of blood in there - but it will come out in time. Maybe next time Im in.
Everything else is healing well and I get my first lymphatic massage tomorrow!:)

OH!!! I got to meet Melissa! I think her username is myds06 or something like - MELISSA Shout so they know who you are! We were sitting in the waiting room and I was talking to another WLS patient about "The Great Butt Dig Out 2010" and she recognized it! Very cool bumping into you there- and you look GREAT!!!

It was great seeing you too! I am glad you are doing better today. Gosh, you would have never known the ordeal you just went through a few days ago by how you looked today. I expected you to be walking slow and feeling miserable but you looked great! You are going to be so happy once your swelling is all gone. It takes a while and I know how we all want those final results TODAY but you will get there!

Enjoy the massage. Dr L's lymphatic massage therapist is WONDERFUL! I get to get my complimentary one too!

I dont get the complimentary one yet - but I do after next appt. Actually. I suppose I could schedule one there now. But I am getting my one tomorrow at my regular massuese - Im very blessed to have great insurance that covers my massages so I pay only $5.40 for 1hr.

Hope to bump into you again sometime! When's your net appt? Mine is the 23rd at 10!

In about 4 weeks. Just try to do your appt on Monday if you go then!

Your results are great. I really like the remarks showing where things used to be before surgery.
If you don't mind my asking did you have a lot of breast tissue? I don't want implants just a lift and I really like your results. I just don't know what to expect and I don't know if I have enough breast tissue left for a lift. My first consult is next month and I am anxious and I know that I probably have to wait and see what each surgeon recommends but I am just wondering how much tissue is enough?

Standing up my breasts were long pancakes. Bending over they were like 3 inches of nothing and then another 3inch ball of tissue in the end. I only went through a lift, no aug. And I only lost like...half a size in the bust.

That sounds like me. I am so afraid that  I will be told  that I don't have enough tissue left for a lift only and I really don't want implants.  I am so over big boobs and I could live with a B or C cup.

Too funny...I was supposed to be there today for my lymphatic massage, but had to cancel it as my son's pre-school los****er, so I was at home! It could have been an OH-PS forum party at Dr. Lo's!! I'm glad you are healing up...and hopefully it will all be good from here on out for you!

Sorry to hear about your continuing blood pancake saga. I'm sure it will resolve in no time. Your pictures are amazing and your incisions look great! It's so nice that you and Melissa got to meet in person! How fun!
