Good Doctors in Texas, Austin area

I was hoping maybe someone could point me in a good direction.. I am ready to start my plastic surgery and becasue insurance wont pay for this kind of thing was wondering if anyone has used a doctor in the austin or surrounding area that was not only good but inexpensive.
Any information would be very helpful.
