Hopefully tomorrow at this time I will be in recovery after having my panni removed, a tummy tuck, BL/BA.  I am terrified of the recovery after reading all of yours posts, but cannot say I will go into this not knowing what to expect.  I will fear the worst & hope for the best.

I just wanted to thank all of you who post about your experiences & answer all of our questions.  Having this resource is a Godsend & I very much appreciate it all.

Don't be terrified.
My Breast Reduction and my Tummy Tuck were both the two easiest recoveries for me.....piece of cake!

Take your pain meds on schedule especially the first 2 days and then tapper off depending on how you feel.  DO NOT try to do too much, don't try to stand up straight so you don't stretch the stomach muscles and you should be fine.

Best wishes on your surgery on recovery

Don't be scared, think of where you've come from and what your new body will be like. It's not that bad and it is a short recovery time compared to a lifetime with your new body! You will be in my prayers for a swift recovery and a beautiful result!

God Bless you,
Sandi
