Good Morning and Happy Easter Debra,
Thanks, I'm really pleased with my arms. Yeah, I like the way my incisions look so far. He went pretty much down to the bottom of my armpits. I will have to have my hubby take a picture of the armpit incisions so everyone can get a look. I have had little to no swelling with my arms so far. I am quite surprised at how much I am able to move my arms, They have had very little discomfort. They have by far, been the easiest part of this!

Thanks,
 Sandi

Emerging,
Thanks so much for that! I had a rough night and rough morning and needed to hear that. I'm really happy with my arms and they have not given me a bit of trouble praise Jesus! My tummy is another story. I'm so bloated and uncomfortable! I can't get ny bowels to work properly and that is making me miserable. I pray that today is the day that it resolves. Being bloated is just no fun!

Thanks, take care and Happy Easter

You know what - Im saying this from experience. If you are not poo-ing WELL by the morning - it's time for enemas and suppositories. Don't wait another day - or YOU TOO could end up like me - laying on my side with a mans fist in your butt!

I too am in swell hell - but I think its maybe some sneaky sodium that is my problem. Im going to star****ching my packages on that and make sure before I cook that there isn't sneaky sodium!:)

Emerging,
LMAO! You crack me up! Well, I took your advice and yesterday I did an enema (worked some), doubled-up on the laxatives, on top of the stool softeners, and drank some Smooth Move tea and this morning... Victory!!! Today is a wonderful day! I feel SO much better!! My rear is quite sore but worth it for how much better I feel. Also I talked to my surgeon's nurse this am, and I have an appt at 2:30 today where I may get to lose 2 of these rotten drains. To have all of them out would be delightful but I'll take what I can get. I have an area of concern below my new belly button and above my incision that feels like a pocket of fluid. I'm praying that it is just swelling and nothing more. We'll see. That damn swelling is no fun, yeah the sodium may be your culprit. Good idea to keep an eye on it. Thanks again for the advice. I'll post later after my appt. Take care.

Hi Sandi, your arms are beautiful - and your surgeon placed the scar perfectly so you don't really see it from the back or front - and the scar looks wonderful.

Your LBL is looking great too - but those drains - yuck, they look awfully uncomfortable. I hope you don't have to thave them in for very long. I can see you're swelling a little - I presume you're wearing a binder most of the time?

How is the pain level now? Are you comfortable?
