Surgeon in Indiana
I live in Bunker Hill, Indiana and I am going to Dr. Thomas Southern in Indy. He is on my ins. plan and he is located down town Indy. The mail reason, I chose him, is because his approval success rate was like 99% and the fact that his charges for a panni removal was very reasonable.
