This belly is HUGE. This is after 1.5 hours of poo-ing an Electric Fence. Seriously it hurt like hell - but I got er' done as they say. Good thing too - apparently I have a lot of loose stuff behind it - and lots of GAS painful gas - but that's a whole other post.

Looking good!! Swell hell SUX! I'm still in it 10 weeks out! It was worse a few weeks ago...but it's still bad!! I look about 3 months preggars! Dr. Lo is amazing at the curves!! My hubby can't keep his hand off of me (I know, TMI)...but he doesn't like all the STARES I get from all the other men now!! LOL!! I LOVE IT!! You work those curves girl!

Swell hell LOL - I guess that's what compression garments are for. Your scars are really looking good and you must feel better after that session on the toilet. I bet some of that trapped gas is also responsible for some swelling in the belly.  You must be so pleased with the results.

I love my man yall! Gas-x strips to the rescue! I think you are right too - lots of gas. Im hoping to work on that one today - one mountain at a time! Haha!

Hey girl, your incisions look great but ouch!!..looks like it hurts.  What's the pain level now?  I think the nipps freak me out the most though.  I'm hoping it looks worse than it feels..LOL!  Overall, you look awesome!  An incredible transformation from before.  Hopefully the worst is behind you. 

I think I've talked my hubby into agreeing to my going to Houston for plastics.  Your's and Angela's pics did a lot of the convincing.  I can't thank you girls enough for being kind and brave enough to share such a personal experience.  You really have no idea how much it helps others.  So...thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

Really to be honest - I can say that the incisions themselves - whether around my belly or breasts ISN'T what hurts. It's more of a stiff and achy feeling all over (especially around lip and sides of breasts). When Im swollen the pain is achy not PAINFUL. I dont know how to describe it really with word. It HURTS but it's not sharp or anything - more....burning and dull....
It does look worse at least in the begining than it feels. I honestly didn't feel my breasts hurting AT ALL until after my drains came out - but that's mainly cause the drains were such a sharp burning that I didn't notice anything.
Im so glad for you to come to Houston for your surgery! Dr. Lo is so amazing as is his entire staff. You will NOT be disappointed! Will yall likely be staying in a hotel or something? If so let me know - Ill come bring you magazines!:)
I am still very thrilled with my plastics. I can see a couple things that might need revision - but when you are working with previously OBESE patients that's expected and I know that Dr. Lo will perfect me!:)
