waist size after tt -- does it get smaller?

Did those of you with TT's (circumferntial or otherwise) find your waist to be smaller after surgery?  Did anyone have lipo done there to reduce it?

i am 4 months post op and still a little swollen my dr said it could take up to a year to see permenent change.......my stomach is actually flat and about 2 inches smaller than before surgery......i expect my waist to get smaller.......still very numb........very annoying feeling....hopefully im going to start exercising next week......patty......i had no lipo but stomach is very flat and i am very happy

That must be very frustrating  -- not to be able to perceive the final result, and to feel numb!!
DId you just to tt or did you do a lift behind as well?

Im only 1.5wks out so who knows what my size will be in the end - but I can tell you my body definatly has a sexier hour glass shape now. I am very curvy and hubby said even if I didn't lose size at all but just gained the curves that he REALLY likes the figure.
Im sure my WAIST size is smaller but my hips are as wide as they ever were so Im not expecting miracles in pant size.
I had a full tuck and lipo.

I am 4 weeks out, and my waist was 2 inches smaller when I took my first shower on day 5, yea, that's gross but my surgeon said not until 24 hrs after the drains were out! I've lost a littlemore weight so I've lost more inches....but I attribute at least 2 inches from the surgery. He did lipo above the belly button, but not the flanks/sides.

It's not gross. Just part of the process. It helps to know what to anticipate.

I had a TT last Sept.
As of last week, right before my surgery on Thursday, my waist was about 2 - 2.5 inches smaller after my TT.  Now I'm swollen because of my surgery and the revision to the top part of the TT Incision but other than that I am THRILLED with my TT results.
FYI - I did not have any lipo with my TT....all I had was a lot of saggy skin that needed removing.

I went from a 12 to an 8 immediately and now am in a 6-7 depending on the cut. I can wear a few smalls.

I did do lipo. My friend had a TT and her tummy is amazing and she can wear a bikini but she didn't lose a size.
