How long after TT-Panni-Lipo??

For you to get back in your pre-surgery clothes? I have some pants that don't fit me now but they did before surgery. They removed 3.5 pounds of skin from my belly and I am not sure how much from my sides with the lipo. The scale is registering the loss but my clothes aren't. There doesn't seem to be alot of noticeable swelling in my belly but my jeans won't fit over my butt.

I can honestly say that I did not wear pre-surg clothes for about 4-6 weeks.  Then I was in stretch (the ones we used to wear) pants for about 2 weeks after.  I wore a post surg gament (like the Veronique) and could get in my jeans then.  But the swelling took a long time to go away.  No problem though.  Yes, the pounds of skin are gone but the "swell $#ll" is just yukky!  But this too shall pass, I promise!!

My swelling was mainly in my belly and back. My old pants fit on the waist but were ridculously baggy everwhere else. I lost 2 pant sizes but I waited 5 weeks before I went out and bought new pants for work. I took off 6 weeks so I wanted to wait as long as possible before I bought new clothes. I used button extenders to help while I was having the worst swelling.  I used my preop casual capris and stretchy excercise pants and summer dresses while I was off.
