Hi!
It's so nice of you to contact me : )
I am scheduled for April 5th - Monday! I only scheduled it last week so I am running around like crazy trying to get everything in place. My older son, who is 9, just came home sick from school with a fever --poor guy--and that is going to throw a wrench in things for sure.
If you like I can tell you how it goes...where do you live?

I'm down at Lake Anna, 95 south to Fredericksburg and hang a right and drive until you're lost in the woods.
I hope you don't catch what your son has! I can't imaging getting ready for surgery in one week. Yikes! I've got a month and I'm already feeling like it's not enough time. Best of luck.
The things I most appreciated when I had my TT/BA last year was::
a toilet seat riser, you can probably find at any pharmacy, maybe even wallmart
alcohol pads: wrap a pad around the tubing and pull the length of the tube to drain, it slides smoothly and doesn't pull
lots and lots of pillows, I got a body pillow at Target and could bend it into any shape I needed
couple of safety pins to pin your drains to your binder
sweat pants with pockets - could put the drains in my pockets
cocoa butter; rubbing it in makes you do a good long massage which helps with the healing
I'll be thinking of you next week!
