Dr. Sauceda patients-When should I buy tickets?

I am planning on having my surgery the 1st week of December. I am trying to find out when is the best time to purchase my tickets also the cheapest way. What airline did you all use. I just priced the tickets and there were about $750. when I check on this in February the tickets were around $500.

Can anyone tell me if its better to wait until it gets closer to the date like a last minute deal. Please help I am totally lost.

Please give me some advice. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Hey... I know a month ago the tickets were around $500 but for the past 2 weeks they have been around $700 which is frustrating me because my boyfriend is going and overall the airfare would be $800 after he deducts the $600... Still looking but may book my flight ASAP because I am looking to have my surgery in the end of May.

Before 3 weeks out it's anyones guess . A month away or less they are typically higher.
