Hi Melissa, thanks for allowing me to view your pictures. Wow, your surgeon has done a wonderful job. I looked at your before pictures that you took before surgery and you don't even look like the same person - you've clearly have had an amazing journey to get to where you are now. Thank you for sharing, it is so helpful to see what others are going through.

I'm wondering why you are having lymphatic massages - is that something that is normally done after an arm lift?

I'm doing the lymphatic massages to help with the swelling.  It helps move the fluid into the lymphatic system and out of the body.  I had lipo done and it really helps those areas especially.  You can  see the difference after one massage.  My surgeon recommends them his patients.

I just read what Sandi wrote about trying to push and shove her stomach around to get a glimpse of what she will look like after plastics. LOL I'm doing the same thing now that's I'm getting close to my goal.
