Thanks Debra!

I don't feel any pain. Every once in a while I'll feel a zap here or there which catches me by surprise and then it's gone.  Just the nerves waking up.  I have been able to reach pretty high for a while even though I try not to.  6 weeks is the limit for exercise but I am going to wait longer.  Probably 8 weeks. I have a stubborn area in my groin that is red and is acting like it wants to separate so I am not going to risk it. I am going to wait until it is superhealed before I even attempt anything. I really try to be extra careful not to overdo it at first with my surgeries even though I am physically capable.  I really want to baby my scars as much as possible and I don't plan on stretching them anytime soon.  I'll go back to walking on the treadmill but no weights on my arms or legs for that reason.  But that's just me.

Thanks Jodi!  I have had people tell me that through the years.  It normally just happened each time I lost weight of course!

I have missed you. I sure do hope you feel better and start feeling like your ol'self too.

Hi Melissa,

Glad things are going so well.  Yes, it is a big f***ing deal.   It's life changing.  Some people get it, some don't.  I admire both you and Ruth.  I have more I'd like to do and hope to at least have the funds this year to do something with my saggy face and neck.

I hope things continue to go well in your recovery.  Would you consider adding me as a friend so I can see your progress?

Thanks.

Terri

It's not how fast you go, but that you're moving in the right direction!
