Breast Reduction Post WLS

Ok so this is a two part question.

First off, I am 32 lbs away from goal and still wear a EE bra, the same size I started with before WLS and am contemplating a breast reduction? Has anyone had this done and what was your experience if you don't mind sharing?

Secondly, I do intend on having children in the near future and know that a breast reduction can mess with your ability to breast feed (not a huge issue for me, not all that in to the breast feeding thing anyways) but will the pregnancy and milk production stretch the girls out that much? Should I wait ti;ll after baby to get the girls done?

Thanks in advance.

I am scheduled for more of a lift than a reduction on 05/14 and will keep you posted... Check out youtube for some great videos on the procedure or Dr. Dibello in PA who has some good videos.

Coming from someone who has had 2 post WLS surgery pregnancies and now am scheduled for a breast reduction on 5/6/2010, I would definately WAIT!  I was a DD (E) before 2007, when I had my daughter.  I had WLS (RNY-2004).  I had my daughter in 2007, and then I had my son in 2009, and NOW after these 2 babies I am now a cup size H/I.  When I was pregnant, I was a L cup size.  YES, the pregnancy definately stretched the girls out!!!!   With my son, I only gained 2 pounds, so then I lost 35 pounds after I had him, I went down a band size.  So, I am a 34-36, but I am still a H/I cup size.

Now that I have had 2 post of babies and am now several cup sizes larger than I was before, I am definately looking at getting a reduction!
