LMAO You girls crack me up! I'm so glad this question was posted. My LBL/Brachio is in 4 days and I was wondering if you actually HAD to wait the 6 weeks the docs say. I thought maybe if I just wore my tightest garment it might be "do-able". Hee hee...

My doc said at 3 weeks to be careful, but it was ok. Doing it from the back was better because I didn't have to contract my abdominal muscles. We tried it from the front first, and I was real sore...but honestly, it was the ****** that did it! Ok, this is gross, but you asked....I leave the garment on (not sexy, but it does the job!) It has the easy access crotch..then off to wash, shower, then put on the replacement! lmao...can't believe I'm telling you guys this!
This is too funny, but it's an honest question! My doc said to wait 3 weeks at a minimum before I did ANYTHING that got my heart rate elevated. At that point, the risk of opening back something else internally and having internal bleeding is gone....like all the blood vessels and stuff they had to cauterize and stuff. The stitches and soreness after that could dictate when I was ready to try all the heart pumping activities. This Friday makes 3 weeks, and I'm getting a feeling that my hubby is ready to try out the new boobies....haha.
