Emerging Beauthy,
Hahaha... that is so funny, yet painful! It sure does present a lot of problems when your nipples reside around your waist or lap! Hahah.
I know, the idea of be able to wear a halter, is unreal. The other day my hubby and I were out looking for a simple casual summer dress for me to wear post-op to dr. appts. I had read someone on here post that it is easier and more comfortable to have a dress to throw on instead of having to deal with shirt and pants. I thought it was a great idea, the only problem is my boobs. Most summer dresses are spaghetti straps or halter and going without a bra is definately not on option for me! It was really disheartening and it took me forever to find one that would work with my current boob situation. It made me want my boobs done more than ever! I am so looking forward to shopping without having to worry what to do about my boobs. It's so exciting!
I'm going to take some before pictures and try and get them uploaded today. I will let you know when I have them posted. I'm also going to post one I have of me before I lost weight. I had the hardest time finding a picture. Turns out, I didn't like to be photographed at 273lbs. Weird huh...

Thanks for your well wishes!

I had my consult last week.  This was my strategy.  I was very careful not to say whether or not I was interested in implants.  That way, he just examined me and gave me his thoughts.  No implants needed and that was how I was feeling, also. We concurred!  -Jenny

After losing 135 pound, what I had left up in the breast area was a 36 LONG.... I mean the nipple and empty skin sack hund down to my belly button. I was able to roll up the long emply flesh to place into my bra. So I had a breast lift (no implants) along with getting my arms done. They too were just flaps of skin hangin in the wind, true bat wings. Since then, my arms look great, my breast look like a 16 year old.  Small, but nice and perky. Wouldn't change a thing.

I just had a lift. If you have enough tissue it's doable. I LOVE my perky boobs. They are a 36 C. :) It's SO SO worth it. Mine were a 36D long too and SO deflated.

I had a lift 2 years ago with my TT.  He wouldn't do the implants at the time, but said I wouldn't need them, as he figured I had enough breast tissue that he could use to give me the results I wanted.  For the first 6 months to a year, I agreed....loved them!  Perky, and filled a C cup nicely.  After that, it seems the tissue began to migrate and settle more and again got flat at the top, and everything just sat at the bottom of the bra.....I guess it took time for ALL the swelling to go down???  and maybe for them to completely settle???  Anyway, I just got implants 3 weeks ago to add that fullness back again.  I didn't like the flattened cleavage.  I'm sure it all depends on the person.....everyone will be different.
