Differences in Surgeons recommendations ---how to deal?

Hi All
I am struggling with the fact that, having consulted 3 highly reputable surgeons in my area and 1 by email from abroad, I have contradictory advice and statements -- who to believe?

BREAST INCISION
Doc 1 and 3 suggest breast lift with anchor cut. Doc 2 suggests donut cut. When asked, doc 3 says donut cut (just around nipple) can result in huge, huge nipples down the line and he has had to corrected a number of them. Doc 4 in Mexico suggests nipple cut as well.
Question ": did anyone with a lift and augmentation have a donut cut only???

IMPLANT SIZE
Doc 1-- Suggested breast implants of 325cc or larger (I said I wanted to look "hot" : )
Doc 2- Suggested going small and though 300 sounded too big
Currently I have measurements 29 inch waist and 38 inch hips, approx, and a 36 or 38 inch bra strap size (with a sad A cup really
Q: Has anyone else's doctor suggested going small to avoid stretching/droop? I want to look ample but not BIG.

IMMPLANT SHAPE
Doc 1 and 2 only do round implants and say that teardrop can shift and serve no purpose
Doc 3 only does teardrop (and only does saline)
Q: Are those of you with round ones happy and feel they look natural? Did anyone do teardrop?

TO LIPO OR NOT
Doc 1 and 2 wanted to do some lipo on outer thighs
Doc 3 says not to, that the LBL will straighten it out
Question: would it be wrong to insist on lipo if he sees a bump? I don't want lumpy outer thighs after all of this work

BUTT IMPLANT, AUGMENTATION
Doc 4 in Mexico would do an implant. Docs 1,2 and 3 all refuse to do them saying the complications rates are astronomical. All say I don't have enough fat to do enough fat augmentation, but 1 and 2 would do some anyway while 3 said he would wait.
QUESTION: did anyone do a butt implant? Did anyone go in so "skinny" that the fat augment was not possible? I don't feel skinny!!!

I don't have an answer for all of this but one thing stood out to me. Instead of asking for hot on breast size give a cup size that you would like to be. One guy's idea of hot is different than another. This would help narrow down the implant size.

I have heard that some Dr's will ask the patients to gain weight to get the fat for fat augmentation. If they are doing lipo on the thighs why not the special lipo that lets them use the fat for augmentation?

I guess I would say that there are more than one way of doing these procedures.  You have to choose the one you think is best for you.   Heather was in Mexico with me and she didn't have enough fat to do the BUTT Auto Aug.  She got implants and so far as I know she loves them.  She actually stated having less discomfort than the other person we were there with who had the Auto Augmentation.

I think if you really want Lipo, you should ask for it and if the doctor you choose doesn't want to do it, then go and see a different one.  See if you can talk to former patients of his/her's and look at as many before/afters who have similar body shapes as you do.  This made a big difference for me when I went to Mexico.
