Your surgeon should let you know what you should not take and give you a timeline.  I know that aspirin and vitamin E and K can effect clotting.

about the period:  don't worry!!!!

I am pre-menopausal, and didn't have a period for 3 month before I had my RNY, then, of course, the MORNING of surgery... there it was!!  lol  they all told me, it was no big deal,happens all the time,  put a huge pat underneath me, and off we went :) 
I am having TT/lipo on Tuesday... so OF COURSE I am expecting that my period will show up too,
lol  can't do one without the other, lol 

the onset of menopause is sure a crazy thing... you never know when or how long.... but I sure ENJOY the month in between... it's like a new found freedom!! LOVE IT!!

Yes, while 150 lbs is a lot of weight to lose, I am still at 350 (which if I lost another 100 I'd be happy) so I still have a long way to go but this panni needs to go!! LOL

We have the same insurance company.... Ok.. so NOW you are on to other thoughts and ideas and getting ready to get on the loosers bench in June... thats SO close!
Can I ask you how you did it??

Thank you!! Yes, it's just for the panniculectomy... I haven't had the WLS.. I gave up waiting and I just figured, I lost all this weight on my own, I could do it again, just needed to get this yucky pannus off of me. It's so difficult near impossible to move around and with all the "other" stuff that comes along with it I went for this..
Yes, I am SOOO excited to get it off. Shocked at the same time I actually got approved. I've been waiting since January for the approval (they were so slow).. No appeals either! Yay!

I saw you had an RNY? How are you doing with that? I hope it went well. I'm happy that you got a surgery! (you know, I've been hearing they're going to start approving the VSG really soon).. That figures!! LOL
