How to decide on size of implant --???

How is everyone making this decision?
One doc says one thing, another, another.
I want to improve on nature a bit -- what I had before -- after all of this trouble.  The doctor, Dr. Krieger, says not to go big (even though I am a 36 to 38 inch bra).  I was thinking 325 or 350.
I want to have a good figure, not one where someone looks at me and thinks "is that an implant?"

I can post the picture with the implant stuck in a bra ( a 300, which would dictate at 325 for under muscle implant) if that would help.

Thanks!

Not sure if this will help but I am also between a 36 and 38. Actually my measurements were 37. I was a C before but it all just kinda hung at the bottom of the bra. I had a lift (which does take some of the volume away) and then I had implants...silicone...421 cc's under the muscle. I was originally going to go with about 3325 to 350 saline. Then I was set on 391 (?). At the very last minute I went with the larger and silicone. Very glad I did and I don't think it would have been bad if I had even gone a little bigger. But I am probably what I need to be right now, firm and full and not so big that I look fat again.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply!
Do you have a picture I could see?
This doc balked when I mentioned 325 - 350cc ("that's big!")
I weight 133 and am 5 foot 5 or 6.
I know it's personal so I am not asking what I should get, but how each person made their own decision.

lol...that's funny your dr said that.  I have 425 silicones.  I think there is a clothed pic on my profile.  I would just keep trying on sizers and take your docs advice into consideration as well.  Good luck!

I am a B-flat now & want to be a D. I am asking for 425 cc (maybe 450) when I go in. Once placed under the muscle - you need an additional 25 cc's (I'm told)

I have selected the following type of implant:

Eurosilicone - smooth - round - moderate/high profile - under the muscle - only an areola inciscion.

The only thing left to decide is the # of cc's.

I was going to get an aereola only incision but the doc told me they lead to bad complications!  Evidently, especially with large implants, all of the pressure is put on the nipple incision.  As a result, the nipple stretches enormously, especially with post bariatric patients who have lax skin. He said he has had to go in and do a number of corrections because the nipples can get just unbelievably large. (the assistant agreed).  He said he avoids this incision for this reason. It bummed me out but who wants dinner plate nipples? : ) FYI

I had heard that as well & asked my PS about it. If the implant is below the musle & you wear your garments - then he said I shouldn't have a problem. I am not a bariatric patient - so I don't have lax skin. He said he only does the lolly po cut when he does a lift - which I don't need.

One more thing I read ~ most women - after the implants have settled in wish they had gone a size larger.

Just stuff to think about.

I just wish I could see what 400 cc looks like on me -- you know on a 37inch width chest, about.  What look are you going for?

I did a very unscienticif test - the rice test - where 1/2 cup of uncooked rice is a "size" - I am a B now so I put 1 cup of rice in a nylon foot I cut off a piar of hose & then stuck it in a 36-D bra. Then put on a t-shirt.

WOW - I liked that. I don't know how that will relate to cc's - I did read that 200 cc's is somehwat equal to a size up - for for me a size B who wants to be a D - I will go with 400 cc (plus a little extra just becasue!!)
