Scar from c-section from navel down

I have a scar from C-sections and hysterectomy, from my navel down .
Look like I have a front butt as well as back.
I'm Pear Shaped so most of my loose saggy skin is from waist down.

Would love to hear from others how their plastic surgeons addressed this issue.
Did a LBL remove the old scars? Did it take the anchor cut to do it?

My DH wants my privates back up with easier access. What can I say, that would definitely be nice.

While it all depends on your surgeon that you choose ( and interview a lot - most have free consults so why not try a few - and if in Houston or nearby Houston - Dr. Lomonaco is AMAZING). A lbl will help with your hips thighs and butt  and tummy. I would imagine you would lose that scar completely and there is a mons (pubic) lift. If your thighs are REALLY bad - then you may need extra thigh work but only your surgeon can determine this for you.
Some docs do anchor cuts, some dont. It depends on whether you are a risk with healing - or want scarring that way.

Eitherway - I feel your pain on the "front butt". Mine didn't look like that normally - but if I was ever on my hands and knees there was like a line from my boobs down that was attached to my abdominal wall and the skin would hang on the sides looking like a butt or what my hubby and I jokingly called it - "Udders"

All the PS's around here charge 100 t  for a consultation not free.

I have thunder thighs looking into smart lipo for them.
My ass has literally fell into them.lol
making the backs of my thighs bulge and my pants fit extremel tight on my thighs.

Thanks for answering question about scar, I fear how much scar tissue I might have there,
Surgeon who did my DS and also one who did my GallBladder had to go thru alot
of scar tissue they said.

Yeah - I scar a TON as well. I was worried because of it - I had a c-section type scar as well as one that came from belly button down  from previous cancer surgery. But even though surgeon said my vascular set up was a bit weird - he didn't mention anything specific to the scar tissue.
That really stinks about $100 consults. I would talk to the office staff and ask for a free consult. The worst they can say is no. Plus - if they are a good surgeon (in my mind) they should be able to give you a free consult!

Good luck on your journey!:)

I had a hysterectomy scar that went across my lower abdomen from hip to hip and a vertical scar from my DS.  The plastic surgeon used both of these scars when doing my TT.  They have faded nicely and are very faint now.

I had the same type of csection scar and it's gone. Depending on how much skin you have, they remove the skin from below the belly button and pull the skin above the BB down and move your belly button up to a new location. No need for an anchor cut unless you need one. That would only replace one scar with another. Hope that helps!

I had the exact same "butt in the front" thing going on from a emergency c-section scar.

Along with a BA/BL/implants, lip of the entire front of me (from beneath my breasts down to my mons & from side to side) & mons lift, I had an anchor incision tummy tuck.  Now you can't tell I ever had a c-section scar because it is gone.  My anchor incision went right down the line of my c-section scar and he pulled my skin inward from each side there.  So now it just looks like I had an anchor incision tummy tuck scar.

Pamtastic, I'm glad you asked this question too because I have that same "front butt" from my two C sections. I hate I have to be very careful with what I wear or that butt will show through my clothes. I can't wait to get rid of it and I'm sure you feel the same way.
