second round planning

I have an appointment on April 22 to plan round two. I am choosing to  go with a resident program instead of my last PS. I am still having problems with one of my thighs. There are pieces of some type of string or cord that keep working out of one leg and it seems to have some infection in it. I have opened it and cleaned it out myself. It seems to be better now. I thought I chose a good doctor the first round  but he has to redo my eyes because the bags are worse now than before surgery. The most expensive or highest rated doctors are not always the best.
I hope to get a TT and a lower face / neck lift at the same time. I am hoping this works. Has anyone else done both at the same time? Would I be better off doing a lower body lift instead? I have butt issues, its a bag of skin. I was thinking it might be best to do the butt lift later. Any thoughts or advice?

I can't help with info on the face lift. If your butt is sagging then I would definitely do the lower body lift. You will probably be unhappy with your backside once you fix the front. I know I would have been. One dr I met with wanted to split it up and I couldn't see paying for 2 surgeries when it could be done all at once. They were going to charge not much less to do the butt lift than doing the TT alone. Ridiculous. As long as your surgeons have experience in doing the LBL, then I would go for it.
