Sorry I've been MIA.  I had my anchor TT on 2/10 and am just now getting back to work.  Things went pretty well except for an infection just below my belly button.  I am still having to pack that area.  I am very pleased with my results so far.  I have some swelling but not too bad.  I have gone  from a size 10 to a size 6 and from 138 pounds to 129 pounds.  So I am thrilled...so is my husband!  For anyone thinking of having the surgery, it is so worth it.  I can't say enough about my Plastic Surgeon.  He has been great.  Thanks for all the support on this message board.  I scoured it day after day before my surgery and the information was so great.  I knew just what to expect.  Thanks again for everything.

So nice to hear you are doing so well!!
So you were only off from work for 4 weeks? Great!

Thanks for your reply.  Yeah, I was only out 4 weeks.  Could have gone back earlier but had the infection problem

Did you have lipo? If so, how was that - painful? I am having a lot of lipo on my hips & waist & am concerned about the pain.

No, I didn't have lipo, but I did have the anchor tummy tuck, so vertical and horizontal incision.  Pain was not nearly as bad as expected.  Good luck with yours.  I think the lipo will give you good results though.  I've heard good things.

Do you mind sharing which doc you used? I am in DC and considering Dr. Olding, among others.
Thanks : )
