If you had to choose just one ...
I had a Lower Body Lift done in November because I felt the same way. My belly seemed huge and it hung and made for a nice apron in the front. I thought pants would fit a little better, but a size four seems a little tight on the hips and a size six seems way too baggy. I'm happy I got it done. I can only afford one more surgery and I think it's going to be my arms.
Hi, I just had my arms done last week . I am real happy with them and if I had only one thing to do it probaly would be the tummy tuck which I had done a few years ago and the arms next. My arms look real good and they are only 12 days out. It feels great with the thought I can wear sleeveless tops this summer and wont look at those fat arms with wrinkles like an old lady.
Good luck with what you decide. But the arms arent a bad decision especially with the summer and bathing suit time coming.. Gail

I'm thinking the arms really have to get done - there is just way too much skin. I'm not sure why I didn't do them first, but I'm pleased with my decision to have the LBL. As for bathing suit season - you still won't get me in a bathing suit unless it's one of those old fashioned ones that start at the ankles:-) I'm actually thinking of having something made like that - I have really ugly legs!

I had the LBL first. That pannus HAD to go. After that I had arms and breasts. It was funny because while the breasts were bad, they didnt bother me as much until after the LBL . I think the big bunch of hanging tummy skin distrcted from those deflated boobs! I am scheduled for a back lift/ thigh lift in June. Now here is the interesting part. After the LBL I went from a size 12 to a 4, however, I cannot wear pants because my thighs are still a size 12. I have quite a dress and skirt collection, and thank goodness I live in a moderate climate or winter would have SUCKED. So, that is another thing to consider..if that is your body type as well. Good luck with the rest of you journey!

I'm having a similar problem - my pants are really tight on my legs, but I won't be getting my thighs done. I think the arms are much worse and the thighs can be hidden with skirts and dresses (I must say I am getting quite a collection of those lately). I'm still a size 12 on top (I'm an inverted triangle - and here I always thought I was just a round ball:-)) And I think you're right about the detraction... I guess whatever we think is our worst body part makes the rest invisible. Then we get that fixed and gosh, there's that horrible batwing, turkey neck, thunder thigh showing.
It was the LBL for me. I can hide my thighs and arms but somehow you really can't "hide" the apron. You can see that thick blob sitting there through your pants. I think it made a huge difference. My arms would have to be next since I felt like I had to wear sleeved shirts with that. It really limited my choices of tops. If I did buy sleeveless then I'd wear them with a sweater or jacket.
LBL for me because of my 2 butts; one had to go! That's where I carried a lot of my weight and it was my biggest problem area post-wls. I am thrilled with the results. My arms and breasts are next but they don't REALLY have to be done, I could live with them and just never wear short sleeves again but I'm worth the $ to get them fixed up =)
