If you had to choose just one ...
My arms because they are huge, hideous bags of floppy, wrinkly skin and in order to them in sleeves, I often have to buy sweaters, coats, etc that are way too big in the body just so that I can get my arms into them. Someone recently told me that I need to get rid of my trench coat because I am swimming in it but I couldn't go down a size because my arms wouldn't fit in the holes otherwise. They are gonna be the first thing I have done without a doubt.

I think that all of us will probably have a different answer due to how our weight gain and loss affected our body. For me, it was a toss up between my breasts (which were the most troubling and disfiguring to me), and my need for the lower body lift. The skin on my belly/hips/butt was so bad, but the horrible rashes and deflation of my breasts was disgusting. They both had to be done. After that, I felt that my legs were most important because I work at a pool and I'm in a bathing suit so much. Kids would make fun of my legs. They are far from perfect, but they were much better. My arms were my last point of focus, but the remaining skin in my upper abdomen was an issue. To my husband, he felt my arms were more of a priority than my legs. My neck and face are the last priority, and I'm not worried about those at this time.
You are pretty gutsy to be working at a pool! I remember having a horrible experience as a younger adult at a pool with the kids - scarred me for the rest of my life:-)
I had an LBL but I start looking at my body and can be very critical. My breasts have that deflated look but I decided that Victoria's Secret will have to look after those. I think I'm going for arms next. I'm surprised that a lot of people will make their face and neck the last priority. My neck bothers me, but since I can only afford one more surgery, it will be my arms.

I really don't have much saggging or evidence of my weight in my face. Several people at the plastic surgeon's office have asked if I had my face done, or what I might have done to prevent sagging in my face. I think I'm just fortunate to not have had that area so affected.
Because of the rashes and skin breakdown related to my breasts, I HAD to do those. I actually got insurance approval for a breast lift/reconstruction due to my breasts. They have not approved very many of those from my understanding. My husband have had people comment to him about my arms, so that's why they were important to him. I think the scars are more noticible than the hanging skin - I have had people comment on them, but I'm confident that they will continue to fade and become less noticible over time. They are only 4 months old. My clothes do fit better and such since having my arms done, as well as removing the remaining belly skin. I really didn't want the anchor cut on my LBL, so I have scars all the way down to my LBL scar at my hips from my arm lift. Several inches of skin was removed from both of my sides/flanks. It is all a trade off, scars for skin. How much do you want the skin gone, and how willing are you to live with scars. You really cannot have both.

Yes, I agree. I'm blessed with good genetics too (thanks mom). At 53 I don't have any wrinkles yet, except from my weight loss (turkey neck). But, when I think of what my grandmother looked like at 53, I think I'm doing okay. I would certainly rather have the scars than the skin. Scars fade. Have you tried the CVS scar treatment? I've heard on here that it's very good. I tried something called dermatix on half my LBL scar - no different than the other half - a waste of 50.00 so I'm really hesitant to try anything else.
I had a tt, bl/ba, and lipo done 2/17. I almost didn't lipo my thighs because I was scared of even more recovery areas. Honestly, my thighs are the best part of my surgery so far. I am sure that my tummy and breasts will end up looking great, but the swelling and difficult recovery make the lipo my favorite procedure.
The most inportant body part that concerns me the most is my tummy. I can live with my legs and arms and saggy breasts, but I want a flat belly, and not to mention that most of my weight was in my belly so that is the most affected area due to weight loss. Good luck on your decision.
