Having a BL on 5/14 w/ Dr. Emily Pollard in Bala Cynwyd PA..She was the surgeon who pierced Oprah's ears on her show and she also appeared on MTV..She is an excellent surgeon.

I am waiting on a response from Dr. S to come to Mexico on or around June 1st for Extended TT w/ Anchor & Arm Lift...(previously was going to have BL/BA with him as well on 5/9)...

I am happy the BL is covered but wish that she can do it sooner so that I can have my BA when I have the other surgeries with Dr. S... It is not about saving money because I am sure I will need BA later because I do want to remain a D after my lift which may be impossible because I am now a 36/38 saggy D...lol.

Can anyone share their breast reduction/lift experiences with me and whether you were satisfied with what was left... I know Dr. Pollard will do an awesome job on contouring my breast, I am just worried that they will be smaller than I would like...Thanks.

Everybody's breasts will be different, but I was a 36-38D --- extra long!!!  Dr. S said if he only did the lift/reduction of non-breast tissue/skin, I would be left with a small C.  I've always been bigger breasted and didn't think I would be happy with a C, so I got implants too.  Now, unfortunately I think Dr. S went a little overboard.  I said I wanted to be a small D . . . I got a DD.  For me that meant 275cc implants, but many others have had to have much bigger implants for the D-DD.

Hi Lisa...Thanks for responding...I can live with a C for now but will definitely consider BA in the future.

I had a breast lift/reduction last June. I started out a saggy, uneven DD & ended up a full C. At first, i thought he went too small (always large breasted) but now I'm getting used to them. In fact, I wish I would have done this years ago! I also debated on small implants too but my surgeon suggested I wait 6 months bc there is a chance that after the breasts drop, the implants sometimes don't (if that makes sense).  This would require another small revision later. Anyway, I'm happy with my outcome and I think after my LBL in a couple of weeks, they'll be proportionate to my shape. Good luck!
