Please do  not have this done.  Lipo is eroison and starts a sliding down process.  Just like removing trees and tree roots from a hill will eventually cause mud slides.  It's bad bad bad.  Guess it must work for some but what a huge gamble.  I'd write more about it but I don't have time.  Save yourself from the horror, horror horror.

Sheesh!  I really don't feel like writing a big bummer explanation right now.  I just know that had I been able to read that there was even one person who didn't like what lipo did to them right before I was persuaded by a girlfriend to have it done that would have been all I would have needed to decide not to have it.
If you can try feeding your head a bit by reading a short story "Cruel Shoes"by Steve Martin  in his book of short stories called "Cruel Shoes."
Having deflated flanks can contribute to early smelly crotch syndrome also.
Good luck on the 21st.

OH Hi the reply is really from me Leech.  I had to create another screen name" Fiddledd" recently cuz I wanted to see if something in my Leech profile settings was being kept private.  Sorry for the confusion.  I did want to get back to you before the 21st. Roger  Over and Out.

Lipo does hurt but it helps. For me anyway. It helped define my waist and the two spots on my back STILL swell and it's been two months. If you do lipo alone I am not sure but I wore a compression garment cause I had a TT too.

Hi Deb.  I just had liposuction on my back this past Friday, 2/26/10.  My surgeon put me in a compression garment after surgery, I just took off my garment this morning to shower and I am very impressed with the results.  I've read many post on this site where people are very happy with the results of their back being liposuction.

Good luck.

Glad you like your  results but keep in mind that while you are probably somewhat swollen and also somewhat pumped up right now with lidocain tumescent fluid.  When the fluids and swelling subside and the skin deflates you may not like it as much as you do right now.  That's what happened to me anyway.  Skin became very third rate and weird  floppy--no integrity to it. If it takes quite awhile for your crotch and butt to get get sweaty or smelly now it  may take a lot less time to reach smelly after flank lipo.
People are always telling me that nowadays they are much better at doing these things now than they were in 1999.  Funny that's what they told me in 1999 too.
I do have a friend who had lipo and likes it.
