I had breast lift, with implants and tummy tuck yesterday. Spent the night in the hospital. Now home trying to get used to doing nothing but chillaxin! YES it hurts...but the pain meds do nock off lots of the pain. And YES I am happy with the results so far. Lots of swelling still and bandages still on. Looking forward to getting over the next few days and moving forward.

OMG>>> Can't imagine having both of those surgeries at one time.  I have a consultation for the tt on March 8th.  Good to see that you are able to get on the computer and not overwhelmed with pain.  {hugs}

Thanks yall and being on the computer is the only thing that takes my mind off the pain, at least a little bit. The pain meds work ok and the frozem peas feel really good also. But I think it's just gonna take time, mostly. Hopefully in a few days I can give some better feelings

Congrats! I was right behind you on yesterday for TT and BL/BA. I came home after surgery and feel pretty good. My hubs is being an angel! We are surgery buddies - keep us posted.

Congrats! How is your pain at this point? I guess I prepared myself for the worse and was surprised when it wasn't nearly that bad. My mom has taken really good care of me....even though I have did a lot myself. I hate being dependent on others.

I had the worst pain on the day after which was the 25th. the next day was really good. Like I woke up and everything just felt better....at least after the shower. The warm water mighta made a difference. Today am feeling pretty good too. I feel like I could do a whole lot more but I know I don't need to overdo it. I am surprised by how good I actually feel at this point. I think the pain pump has finally ran out. That's the only thing I really don't wanna see, as I get kinda squeemish watching that stuff on my own self. Also wanna make sure all the meds are gone out of it. The paper says 3-5 days, the Dr said 3 days. I would have to say that my back is hurting more than anything, from not being able to walk upright.

Hey Karen - my pain is tolerable. I did not have a pain pump, just some oral vicodin. I have been taking it every 4 hours like clockwork. I  will hopefully start weaning off of it Monday. I go back to the surgeon's office Monday morning. I have two drains for the belly, but thank goodness I did not need them in the breast area. I try to get up and walk every couple of hours - just a few laps around the house. I have read on here where a lot of folks lose their appetite after PS but that has not been the case for me. . . LOL Just trying keep the protein high. I have not even seen any of my  incisions yet. My hubby says we will take the garments off, clean up a little and change the dressings tomorrow. Keep it up, it sounds like you are doing great and in good hands too.
