What to get first?

Well I did it, I made an appointment with the plastic surgeon finally! Only problem is, I only have about $11,000 in my plastic surgery budget, but I desperately need a tummy tuck and BA.

Despite the fact that I get rashes and yeast infections under my belly flap, my insurance won't cover the removal. I have to wear spandex pants with no button because I am so oddly shaped with the skin that I can't wear normal jeans. My skin folds over when I sit, and it makes me look SO much fatter than I am. When I attempt any kind of cardio, the tummy flaps just jump around and pull.

On the other hand, I can't live one more day with these droopy disgusting breasts! I used to have large full wonderful breasts, and I feel like they have been stolen from me. I wear three bras to make them look bigger, but that is painful and embarassing.

If I can only get one, which surgery should I get? Thanks in advance for the help!

I would say to choose whichever one mentally and physically bothers you the most.  If your tummy inhibits exercising and is painful with the rash/infections, then perhaps that is the way to go.  Although, if a BA would help to keep your self esteem going, then that may be the answer.

One thing you might try in the meantime with the rash/infection is a powder that you can buy over the counter and works like a charm.  It's called Zeabsorb, cost is less than $6 and lasts a long time.  Looks and feels like baby powder, but has an intifungal in it.  You may have to ask your pharmacist  for it as a lot of times I've found they keep it behind the counter, but you don't need a prescription for it.  Just make sure you wash your hands well after using it as it seems to dry out my hands really quickly if I don't wash right away.

Good luck in the next part of your journey.  You are beautiful!

Have you considered Mexico?

I know PeanutFreeMom got both done in Mexico and the results were absolutely amazing at a much lower cost than in the states.  She has pictures in her profile.

I have actually never even considered going to mexico, it didn't seem like it was actually an option for me, but after looking at the medical tourism site, I don't see a reason why I couldn't other than not currently having a passport.

I was going to ask if you thought of Mexico.  I'm there right now.  I am so glad I took the chance & did it.  Not only did I get a fantastic price, but Dr. Sauceda is amazing.  Just like you I wanted the panni GONE and now it is! Going to MX was scary, but I am so glad it happened.  If you want any specific quesitons, pm me, I'm glad to help! Best of luck!
