BL? BL/BA? BR?
Like everyone has said it's going to depend on how much breast tissue you have left and how big of boobs you want. I had a friend who was still MASSIVE after losing weight so with her now smaller frame she got a lift with reduction. If you were say a DD before surgery and have a good amount of tissue with just a lift you could end up a D or at the smallest a big C. If you want to keep your DD's then you would get a lift and augmentation with either fat or implants.
I was a small C before losing weight. I was a deflated B/C after losing weight. I got a lift with fat injections and am currently a regular C.

Holy cow fat injections?! I didn't even know they did those for boobs. I knew about the butt though. That sounds much better than implants. Can they control the shape with fat injections like they do with implants?

I had a breast reduction done in December. It was paid for by insurance. I was concerned I would be too small even though I started as a 36G. I really needed the lift so I moved forward with the surgery even though I was told I may end up a B cup. After 2 plus months recovery I am about a C. But I consider myself a "flat" C. I wish I had more 'on top". I am considering BA but it's not on the top of my list since I'll be self pay for my lower body lift. I may go back later and get an aug if I am still unhappy. Right now I am OK with the results.
If I would have been self pay for my breast reduction, I really think I would have done the breast lift and strongly considered an aug. I consulted with 3 different surgeons and seemed to get different opinions on what I should do. Good luck with your decision.
