I am scheduled for a panni, TT, and lipo in March. I have heard of taking additional vitamins and supplements to help with the healing process. Which ones should I take in addition to my regular vitamins?

I didn't take additional vitamins but did up my protein from 70 g./day to 100 g./day. The additional protein helps the body heal. It's really tough to get that much protein in but well worth it for your desired results.

All the best to you.

I took Arnica Montana and Bromelin (sp?). I would highly recommend uppingg your protein in the weeks prior to surgery along with exercise. You definately want to get your legs strong so that you can use them to get up down and on/off the potty. I hit the weight training hard 4 months prior and feel that made a world of difference in my recovery.
Good luck!

I don't think it's so much of the vitamins that you need to increase but it's the protein.  Protein repairs the body so up your intake!!
