Hello everyone. I am  a little over a year out from surgery. TO date I have lost 95 pounds and weighed 191 today. I still have about 30 pounds to go to reach my goal.I have all this saggy baggy skin I am kinda concerned about.
At what point in time did you start thinking about a panni and breast lift ???My boobs look like tennis balls in tube socks and one is a little larger tha the other. I also have this hugh apron around my middle that I wowuld love to get rid of.All the crunches in the world aren;t going to get rid of that let me tell you.
I was also told that Tricare Prime will pay for a panni but I am not sure.....any of you know if this is a fact?
I am just trying to gather info about plastics and thoughtI would check with you guys first .Thanks!!

If you meet the criteria they are supposed to pay for it. Make you have documented visits for rashes and complaints about the panni. I am in the process of trying to get approval myself. At this point I am waiting to hear something. They did pay for a visit with the plastic surgeon. If you are near a base that can do it you have a better chance. Once I hear my verdict I will post it but I have no idea how long it take.

Most Dr want you to  maintain your weight for about 6 months with no major changes.

Good luck
