Awesome! I bet it feels good to be completing this long journey! Hope everything goes well and you have a speedy recovery. I think its funny that guys concentrate on getting rid of their boobs and women concentrate on getting them!!!!! It's so fun to see everyone happy and healthy and getting to live the life of their choice. Take care of yourself post op and remember to take it slow!!! Robin

Thanks Robin,
Guys aren't supposed to have big boobs, thats why we concentrate on getting rid of them. I've had them since I was 14 and now they will be GONE! I'll be able to go to the beach and take off my shirt, who cares about the scars. It's funny in the insurance companies eyes, boob issues with women is considered medical, while the same issues with men is considered cosmetic. Me taking it slow is gonna be tough!

LOL, so true!! At least the insurance companies take your ******s seriously, where is the Viagra for all the women having dysfunction :) My best friend has bigger boobs than me and he is always teasing that they should just take his out and give them to me!! Too bad it doesn't work that way :) Scars on guys can be a good conversation starter, girls always think it means they have had kind of a rough and rowdy past :) Hopefully you will sleep tonight! I always get insomnia right before surgery... Robin

Congratulations on each step of the journey. Just a question...removal of panni. My insurance company has approved this and the repair of a hernia, which they will cover at no out of pocket expense for me. I will soon have a second opinion. Did you have just the panni removed, or did they TT, or body lift? I ask because I am thinking I would like to take the extra costs and have my arms done. instead of additonal work...but the first PS said he wanted to do more. Are you satisfied with just the panni removal? On this board everyone who posts a reply is seeking information for their journey, as well as offering support. Good luck. Thanks for sharing anything you are able that might enlighten me as I make my final determination.
Congratulations on getting your man boobs done. My son who is now 22 was an overweight 12 yr old. He started swimming and slimmed down all except the man boobs. One he and his sister got into it and she called them man titties. He dropped his head and was obviously hurt. He always keep his shirt on right up until he got on the starting blocks and grabbed it as soon as he finished his race. We took him to the PS and they did a breast reduction and then he lost more weight and had to have a second surgery. The surgery did a good thing for his self esteem. Now he tells everyone those are his battle scars. I know how he felt taking off his shirt at the pool so I know you can't wait to show it all off.
