18 week post op with Dr Sauceda
Hi Jessica,
It's good to see an update from you. You look fantastic. Thank you for sharing so much of your experiences with us. I have a question for you. With your revision to your thighs. Will Dr. S be able to smooth out the wrinkly skin just using the existing groin incisions you have? Will he just pull the skin up tighter and cut away the excess?

Hi Renee,
Thank you! From what I understand, he will use the same groin incisions and just take off the excess skin. He needs to take off about another 1 to 2 inches. It really isn't that bad, but I want them to be as tight as they can be.

Hello Jessica,
I always love reading your posts. You are more than upfront and honest about all the details, both good and bad that you have experienced. It is good for those who are making the ps journey after us to realize that although ps makes an amazing difference, that there can be small things that might need revision. As you said, usually revisions are minor and one can choose to do them or not. I just had my 6 month anniversay for my LBL and BL and had my revisions done on Jan12th. Although it sounds like your revisions might be a little more than what I had done ( mainly the thigh work), I wanted to let you know that the recovery was so easy compared to the 1st time around and I think you might find that as well....I am about 5 weeks out from the revisions and am pretty much back to normal. I did have lipo on the back area above the LBL incision line and do swell when I over do things, but other than that, those small revisions really made a nice but subtle improvement.... I find that I am on here less and less as the ps and weight loss, as you said, become less and less of the focus of my life....But I really wanted to say that you have done a great job encouraging those on here and are an inspiration for all that can be achieved if one dares to believe in something better for themselves.....You look really beautiful, but what I am most impressed with is the beauty of your heart.....Hope life brings all that you desire.....:)))

L.N.,
Thank you so much for the touching words. It means more to me that you know. I want to give a true look in to what it is really like even though it is hard sometimes. Most people would just overlook the revisions, especially mine, but I have to live in this body for the rest of my life. If I can have them done, then I am going to get them done. Dr S is so great and is also tries to make us completely happy. I am still so happy with me choice with him, and he still so amazing.
The focus is so different now, and I just don't feel the pull to the boards like I used to.
I am thankful to have an amazing life, family, friends, and an beautiful relationship with God. I truly couldn't be much happier in life.
