Thigh Lipo?
Sorry, forgot to post this with my last question. I have a little "pooch" on the crease of my inner thighs. Should I do lipo? My surgeon says that she can do it while I am under for my tt/bl/ba. I just don't want to do anything that is going to make my recovery horribly worse. I also don't want to trade a pudgy area for elephant skin.
What do you think?

Go****'s really hard to know what the result will be, if you have decent skin elasticity then you "should " be ok, if not it won't be as good. Your PS would be the best to advise on this. I will say that I had a lot of lipo with my surgery mainly to harvest for my fat graft butt augmentation and it was/is the most painful of all my PS procedures. However the pain is mainly in my front and back torso, the thigh lipo I had wasn't as bad.

I had thigh lipo as a precursor to having a thigh lift (which I haven't had yet). My thighs are huge.
I tend to swell, and lemme tell you, the lipo recovery was worse than the LBL/hernia repair. I kid you not. My legs swelled back up so I looked like I was a size 26 again, and the pain! Oy!
I went and researched after, and found that women of Mediterranean and African descent (I'm 1/2 Sicilian) have more fibrous tissue in the thighs and it holds water, which is why this happens. I took a lot of bromelain and arnica post surgery to deal with the swelling and bruising.
I never went back for the thigh lift because the doctor did a crappy job on my arms.
