Update on moosie1234 (Ruth)

I just wanted to give a quick update on Ruth. I just spoke with Matt. She got thru her facelift surgery just fine. She's staying overnight at a local hotel and tomorrow she will have her drains and big bandage removed. Matt said she was pretty much out of it but he was able to get some oatmeal in her. She was late getting started with surgery due to the surgery before her running over, so she had a very long day with no food.

Keep her in your thoughts and let's all hope she has a speedy recovery. I'm sure she'll update with more details once she is home and resting comfortably.

Thanks for the update! I totally read that outloud to my hubby (we have lurked on the boards and followed more than actually writing) and I read it as "He was able to get oatmeal in her HAIR" lol!

I'm scheduled for April and am hoping they call me with a cancellation and I'll be able to go earlier. I'm not good at waiting either!

Thanks for updating everyone Renee....I'll post more on the forum shortly. 
First 2 days were rough but starting to feel better....now I just hope it starts to look better!
