These are Dr.S's recommendations for me...

Dr. Sauceda recommends under the muscle breast implants, a lower body lift, a small inner thigh lift and gluteal implants. I was very surprised about the gluteal implants. Anyone have any info on those? Will I be able to feel them when I sit down? Are they irritating, bothersome?  I know that I've got no butt left but this only verifies it!

I'm surprised too.  I haven't heard too many good things about butt implants either.  Do you not have enough fat to do fat graph to the butt or enough tissue to do the butt auto augmentation?  I personally wouldn't do it, but that's just me. I don't think I've seen anyone on here do them.

It is the gluteal implants that are most worrisome. However, I am not averse to them due to their being silicone because I'm getting silicone breast implants. It's just that I want to be certain that they will look natural and I won't even be able to feel them. I honestly know that I need to do something to give myself a fuller butt--it's not just flat--it's positively concave. I hate it.

Hi, I have a body by Sauceda, I am two months out. I did go ahead with the butt implants and am thrilled. I didn't have enough fat for fat injection and went with the implants under the muscle. I think my recovery was easier than the ladies who had lipo and fat grafting. I just had to deal with the muscle soreness and after a few days things were much easier. I was really nervous and am so glad that i went ahead and did it. Pm me if you have questions.

I PM'd you.
I also heard the recovery with implants vs. fat grafting was easier. I know I do need to do something because as I posted earlier, my butt isn't just flat, it's concave--horrible! So great to have someone post that is a patient of Dr. S and has had the gluteal implants.

I thought about butt implants too, since I have never had a butt, even when I was MO. But.... when I looked at the before/after pics on Sauceda's website, well.. what is up with the thighs? Is that swelling or what? Also, what about when you get old? If you need boobs replaced every 15 years, what about butt implants? I'm still not decided. I dont think I have any fat available on my body for grafting or auto-augmentation so implants is my only hope for a nice round bubble butt. I hope other people who have had this procedure chime in here and tell me how wonderful it is.

Implants don't necessarily need to be replaced, only if there is a problem such as rupture or capsular contracture.  With the new 3rd generation gummy bear implants it is expected that the rate of these complications will decrease significantly so there may never be a need to replaced.  Here are a few links to articles:
