that an e-mail confirmation for my airline tickets will serve for my surgery confirmation. So... does this mean I need to buy tickets now? I'm worried if I dont, my booking date might be given to someone else. Do I buy my airline tickets today? I need your opinions, please. By the way, its very nice of him to book without a deposit. I don't know of any US Plastic Surgeons that do that.

I bought mine 2 months ago, so yes i think you do have to buy your ticket to book your date. 

Yes, you must buy your tickets now and forward your receipt to him....this will confirm your surgery date.

I bought the ticket $887 round trip. I was able to select my seats and I chose the same seat for all 4 flights since it is one of those one seat rows! 

When is your date? I'll be there MAr 26th - Apr 8.

yours was even more than mine! so expensive!!  he does reimburse $600 of the plane ticket so that is awesome!

I remember seeing you in Mexicalli with your husband walking the halls.  We never spoke to each other but I remember thinking she is gonna be one striking woman when she reaches her goal, as you were already beautiful back then.

I just had a look at your profile and see you've lost 90 or so lbs., do you feel you've reached your goal?  I also noticed all your wonderful children; they all look so happy.  I wondered how you came to your decision about plastics and if insurance is covering any of it?
