X-Post...2 Year Post WLS Update and 14 week arm & thigh lift w/pics
I can hardly believe that it's been 2 years since having my DS. The time has literally flown by. I've done many updates over the course of the past 2 years so I'll keep it brief. My starting weight was 263 lbs. and this morning I weighed 137. My happy place is bouncing between 136-140 and I'm perfectly content in that range. I'm also 14 weeks post-op from my arm and inner thigh lift. I've had no complicatins related to those procedures and I've healed nicely.
I love being a part of these boards and I'm just amazed at the number of people finding out about and having the DS compared to when I first started my research. I remember when it would take a couple of days to fill up one page on the DS Board. It's great to see this wonderful surgery becoming more of the main stream and being able to share in the success of so many others just like me.
Thanks for all of the support and friendship that I've encountered along the way. You guys are truly family to me. I LOVE MY DS!
