I've had 2 friends who used Care credit for their sleeves and they said it was fast and easy! I just had a LBL and BL with Dr. Lomonaco here in Houston and he's amazing... I'm not sure what a TT would cost. I know you can go through him and use the Baylor Residency program too, which several people here on the boards have used and have been very happy with their results for a very reduced price. Good luck on your plastics journey!
The price Lomonaco gave me for just the tuck through residency was 9500. That is higher than a lot of places...:( I just hate toget a loan Im not sure I can pay. I know I can pay about $5k in loan - and use a down payment as well to meet the resst - but for 9k it's just more than I have and can count on having. KWIM?
Oh well :(

Applying for Care Credit is easy. Once I filled out my online application, it took about 1 minute for an approval. I later called back and asked for a credit increase, and they were very flexible. Here in California, it seems the majority of plastic surgeons accept Care Credit, but not all. I selected my surgeon first, and then applied for Care Credit once I knew my dr accepted it. Good luck!
Thanks so much Ladies! Melissa - I got your email and directly after it got an email from Dr. Lo. I sent him some pictures of my stomach and am hoping he can help me out!
I did speak with our credit union and they said they can likely give us the loan ( and I love that it can come out of the paycheck immediatly too). I just was scared of taking on more credit than I KNOW I can handle especially with the economy like it is - and Obama wanting to knock out my hubby's job (offshore oil).
Unfotunatly while taking pics of my belly for Dr. Lo - I found out that I have stretchmarks (or had, rather) ON MY BACK - EEEEWWW!! I dont like surprisesike that!

Emerging Beauty,
I live here in the Dallas and I actually traveled to Houston to have my RNY done by Dr. Robert Davis when he was there at the Methodist Hospital. I actually just had a BL/BA here in Dallas by an amazing plastic surgeon by the name of Dr. David Liland and it cost me exactly $6500. I went through Care Credit and was approved immediately. However, I chose to do the lowest payment monthly for 60 months just because times are hard right now and money is tight. I asked him about a TT and I believe he said he charges $5500 total which seems quite reasonable to me. Here is his website if you would like to check him out: www.drliland.com
Good luck to you!!!

Good luck to you!!!
It is easy to get.
Also, it is INSTANT. You apply over the internet and know right that minute if you are approved. (If not, it will give you a message saying that your application is being reviewed. Translated, that means they are sending you a denial letter. If you are approved, it gives you the approval message right then and tells you your credit limit.)
Keep in mind also that the credit limit is NOT set in stone. I was instantly approved for $7000 or $7500 (I forget which). I needed $10,000. The approval said that you could call to get a credit increase. So I called them the next day and they increased my approval to $10,000 just by my asking them to. I didn't have to do anything but call and ask. So if you need more than you are initially approved for, do NOT be afraid to call and ask for more. I did and got it instantly.
Good luck.
