I wondered the same thing.  I have a lot of fat in pockets on my upper arms and less loose skin. I'm rather assuming that some lipo will be needed on my arms to at least break up the fat deposits before they can be removed. 

I'm kinda skeeving myself out now!

I did not have lipo when I had my brachio.

You are correct though lipo does increase and prolongs swelling and definitely prolongs the pain.

I did have lipo on my arms about 5 months after my original brachio as part of a "revision".  FYI - the lipo on my arms caused a lot of swelling but I did not loose mobility at all (after the brachio you cannot use your arms for quite a while).
