How could it be considered medically necessary?  Is this the most prudent use of taxpayer dollars?  I never make oppositional posts, but this really struck me.  Is it ethical to make the government pick up the tab on cosmetic surgery?  It would be unfair to everyone else who scrimps, saves, and goes out of the country to have theirs done while paying taxes so that others can have their procedures for free.
Best of luck to you, and I truly apologize for playing the devil's advocate.

Eyes lifts often arent cosmetic surgery, if the skin hangs before the irises you literally cant see, there is always a black band. Often when people loose weight this skin comes down, so it is perfectly possible that it is a necessary procedure.

You can have it done with the medicaid card..IT IS MUCH HARDER..It needs to be VERY MEDICALLY NECESSARY! That being said ..Medicaid doesn't transfer from state to state you need to find a plastic surgeon that excepts it in your state and most plastic surgeons only take it for children...

I would think maybe if you contact the provider of your medicaid and see if they have a list of plastic surgeons that they deal with. I hope this info. is helpful.  God Bless and just relax

Wow.  I had no idea that you were Puerto Rican.  Never even thought of nationality/race/gender/religion etc.  I do not have insurance that will cover this either.  Perhaps I am a little bitter because I have to pay cash.  Forgive me, I really am sorry.  Like I said, it is very out of character for me to post anything adversarial.
Sorry
