Nekkid pics and gathering information
No there aren't any nekkid pics on this post.
I heard from Drs Sauceda and Fuentes yesterday and both want pics. I am mortified about asking my own husband to do it so I think I need to figure out how to use the little timer thingee on my camera. Anyone else as squeemish as me? How did you manage?
I have a price from a really great surgeon here in Louisville, I loved him, he told me $16,000.00 for a BL and TT with muscle repair and a little lipo in the hips. Problem is that will leave me with bat wings and I know I would be unhappy and unable to afford a second surgery.
So I keep looking. I have a call into University of Louisville, Surgery - to see if they have anyone who can help. Meanwhile, I am trying to figure out how to get nekkid pics without anyone seeing me.....

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you. Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information. Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

You could try standing in front of a mirrror and taking pics by pointing the camera at the mirror. For the rear view, use a hand held mirror, point the camera over your shoulder and use the handheld mirror to see what is showing in your camera lens....it is difficult but possible...then you can do the same from all the other angles. Of course, you could bite the bullet and let the hubby take the pics....after Dr. S is done with you, you'll be a new woman and the picture experience will be long forgotten...lol.....One thing I've seen, just my opinion, is the most ps work looks alot better when the patient get the LBL rather than a TT. It covers more of the problems areas....I ,mean for those that have a lot of fat around that area ( not women *****ally only need a tt).....My plastic surgeon told me I'd be very unhappy if I did the tt with lipo because he said my skin did not have the elasticity to shrink back....so he felt the LBL would be the best option....I did get opinions from a couple other surgeons and they wanted to to the tt, lipo route..Anyway, best of luck on your decision.....

I'm doing the same thing Vicki...all though it will be a long while before I can save the money for Dr. S. I figure I might as well try to get as everything done at once so I don't have to go through more than one surgery and recovery. Batwings and bl/ba with a lbl or tt with thigh lift.

Try taking the photos in front of a large mirror. I did mine that way and Dr S was able to use them just fine. You're not limited to one round of pics so if the Dr needs more he will ask. Also you may want to take closeups of areas that bother you the most. I did several sets just to make sure Dr S understood what I wanted to get rid of.
As for advice on being squeemish, remember we judge ourselves the most harshly of anyone. What you see in the mirror is not what your husband sees, trust me.
