Anyone had Slim Lipo?

The procedure is said to firm loose skin as it takes out the fat.  I do not have an apron or anything but my stomach is squishy.

Has anyone used the Slim Lipo and were you happy with the results?  Around here it is also advertised as the Lipo Lift.

Thank,

Hi Mona,
I had SmartLipo, evidently a predecessor to Slim Lipo.
As far as my SmartLipo, yes I was satisfied (inner/outer thighs and inner knees).  However, my p.s. told me because of my age (60) and years of yo=yo dieting, my skin most likely would NOT firm up very much.  He did not remove as much as he could because I'd be left with alot of sagging skin but it's still so much better.
I googled slim lipo and clicked on "RealSelf.com" and it featured several personal experiences.
Have you checked there yet?  As with any body/face work, I suggest you make sure your doctor is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  Good luck!     Barb

if you had WLS  your skin may not firm up enough and you may still have to be cut to remove sagging skin

Both Smart and SlimLipo use a laser in direct contact with the tissues to melt fat.  I use the SmartLipo MPX which is the highest powered system of all.

It may offer a little less bruising, and perhaps a BIT of skin tightening but it in no way substitutes for a lift or tuck.  It may help patients who do not want the more involved procedures and are willing to accept a more limited result.
