Anyone ever have rug burn sensation on the incision line?

Today when I took off my silicone sheet from my TT incision I started feeling a rug burn sensation on about 1.5 inch area. I did pull it off pretty fast though (dummy me....). Wondering if anyone has had this rug burn sensation? Maybe I am just getting my sensation back in the area???? When I walk now I feel this burn..since it is on my hip bone area which has also been lipo'd. I have had burning sensations in lipod areas but they seem to go away after a minute or 2..this is staying..I put a carefree liner pad to buffer it but still feel it..
Thanks in advance for any assistance or knowledge on thjs :-).

Another ?. When other's peoples incisions have healed have they noticed the suture scars along with the incision (ie little dot scars above/below incision). I mostly have this in my thigh incisions but have a little in my TT....and do they eventually fade? My scars are still red/purple which I knew would happen from previous surgerys. hummm.

The entire time since my first TT, I have had little ting pains here and there....feels more like when you have sat on your foot for a long time and get up to walk...that "waking" up sensation, comes and goes, no rhyme or reason for me.

I have the little red dots, but only around my new belly button. That was the only place that there were stitches that needed to be removed.

I"m no help obviously I'm way earlier out than you but some of my steri strips came off my tt incision and it looks like a red raised rope, my stitches haven't been removed yet, but I'm sure hoping it will flatten our.  Hope you burning sensation goes away soon and is just part of nerves reconnecting.

All of mine looked like a rope too, and the definitely flatten out.  I can't even feel my scars anymore because they are so flat.

I have the lipo burning sensation, but my incisions are still pretty numb.  I bet you woke up some of the nerves when you pulled your strip off like that.

The little dots are from the stitches, and mine are starting to fade.  Since I am so pale skinned, my scars are still pretty pink, but we noticed last night that they are really starting to fade now.

Thats what I was thinking, that I woke up some nerves. Glad to know they fade along with the incisions. When I had my VSG, my incisions were glued so I wasn't familiar with stitches that have to be removed.
