Dr. Francisco Sauceda - disciplined for drug abuse?

Unfortunately, people don't even investigate if this doctor is even a plastic surgeon.  The Dr Sauceda that is in trouble ISN'T EVEN A plastic surgeon and shouldn't be confused with the Dr Sauceda who is.  AND who is located in Monterrey NOT Texas.  This kind of thing frustrates me.  Being an RN with a very common first and last name, I have had to deal with this with my own career and it's insane.  I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but I think it's so important to fully investigate any doctor before you allow them to touch you!  The Dr Sauceda who temporarily lost his license for substance abuse is a Family Practice doctor and is located in Texas.  His middle name is Basil.  Thanks Baileymouse for posting these links.

Hey back you Travelin Man!

Yup - still alive! Doing well but too busy with work to do much on here except occasionally lurk.

It seems most everyone is doing aok, has kept their weight off, and is relatively healthy (although I've probably missed lots of stuff - I know Ash moved to Japan - wow!).

You good?

I actually worked for this doctor a few years ago. It was at a family clinic in my home town in deep South Texas. He's not a plastic surgeon. He was a little...zanny. He had his license suspended and was working another doctors supervision. Short tempered. He would prescribe a lot of pain meds. He was fired December of 2011. Haven't seen him since.

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
