HELP - 3 Months Post-Op Breast Lift/Aug
HI Cass --
I am so sorry this has happened to you.
BUT . . .
I can tell you that five years ago I had surgery on one of my breasts because of breast duct papillomas (which are benign tumors in the breast ducts).
Post-op, things looked great for several months, but then lo and behold ... the breast appeared to have a "dent," which my doctor said was an accumulation of adhesions. I decided, at the time, that I was so grateful not to have breast cancer and that cosmetically it was a non-issue for me.
However, over the next several years the adhesions seem to have dissolved, and that breast has resumed its normal shape.
I hope this helps. I'm not sure it's the same thing, but I did want to reassure you that sometimes something awful resolves into nothing.
ETA: Your surgeon is now at the University Hospital of Göttingen. Good luck!
