Did Arnica & massage help you with swelling?
Here is a post I did about lymphatic massages several months ago.

I think that it helped me a lot during those first preop weeks. I just couldn't afford to do it on a regular basis. I massage my abdomen almost every night by repeating some of the massage techniques I saw the therapist do. I've also noticed that on the nights I don't massage on bad swelling days, I'll still wake up with a little swelling. I also took the Arnica and I couldn't tell you if it helped or not since my swelling never went away completely. It has just gotten better.

Arnica and Bromelain helped me tremendously!

Arnica helped a lot with my bruising, and bromelain helped quite a bit with the swelling. Avoiding salt and heat, and drinking plenty of fluids really helped.
I had one session of lymphatic massage and couldn't handle it... I just have problems being touched, that's nothing against the technique. I can't say whether that one massage helped or not. But I did rub all my swollen bits several times a day applying the moisutrizer and always used circular motions moving in towards the center of my body rather than out towards my extremities and that did seem to help minimize the swelling, even if only temporarily.
